I hadn't noticed, but apparently I am.  I suppose those books could explain why i'm feeling like life's totally crap right now and pointless.  I shall have to go for something uplifting next, I think.

Depends on how bad you are.  You might see right through the uplifting and feel even worse.  You probably need some fantasy.  Read The Lies of Locke Lamora.

We've not got that one in the library and I can't afford to buy books right now.  I've almost finished with Bonjour Tristesse and was going to go for A Hundred Years of Solitude next, but fantasy might be a good plan.  I'm at work right now so could have a browse of what we've got.

I'd go for something happier than One Hundred Years of Solitude.  Shifty

Too late.  I'm about half way through and realising that it may not be the most cheerful book ever.

Read The Lies of Locke Lamora.

I looked at this the other day, but was put off by it being the first book of seven, of which only two have been written and nothing since 2007. It doesn't bode well.

Pish posh.  There's two out, and one out this month, and the fourth is out later this year.  It'll be grand.
